Giovanni Crenna

Giovanni has been a Dottore Commercialista in Milan since 1998. He holds the position of Tax Leader for Forvis Mazars Italy, and he is member of the Italian Executive Committee.
Previously, he led the local tax practice of a prominent law firm and the tax and Finance M&A European department of a large multinational manufacturing group.

He specializes in corporate tax focusing on special projects. He assists domestic and multinational groups in local and cross-border corporate transactions such as M&A, de-mergers, assets deals and liquidation procedures.

He is also tax advisors for national and multinational companies and provides on a regular basis assistance in tax audits and tax litigations. Main industries of activity: energy, Chemical, Hospitality and Manufacturing. Giovanni serves as member in various Board of Directors and Statutory Auditors Board.
